Who we are
This website is run by Floop LLC, a Nevada limited liability company doing business as Paradice Caribbean Shaved Ice, a shaved ice trailer based in Las Vegas, Nevada (“Paradice”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us in our forms:
Event requests
- Your name, phone number and/or e-mail address
- The city, ZIP code and state of the event
- The type of event, number of guests and date
Franchise inquiries
- Your first and last name, e-mail address and phone number
- The city and state where you would like to open
- Your answers about timing, capital range, number of units, partners, current situation and how you heard about us
- Any message you write, and your agreement to be contacted
Birthday Club
- First and last name and e-mail address
- Birthday (month and day only, no year) and ZIP code
- Your confirmation that you are 18 or older and agree to receive our e-mails
What we do not collect
This website does not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising trackers. We do not ask for payment information online.
When your browser loads this website, the companies that deliver its files (listed below) receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. This is how any website works; we do not use that information to identify you.
How we use it
- To answer your event request and send you a quote
- To follow up on your franchise inquiry
- To send Birthday Club e-mails, including your yearly free-cup e-mail
- To keep our forms free of spam and abuse
- When the law requires it
Submitting a franchise inquiry does not grant a franchise and does not commit you to anything.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We only use service providers that help us run this website and answer you:
- FormSubmit: delivers what you type in our forms to our inbox; FormSubmit keeps a copy of each submission for 30 days
- Google Workspace: our e-mail
- An e-mail delivery service: sends Birthday Club e-mails
- GitHub Pages: hosts this website
- Google Fonts and cdnjs (Cloudflare): deliver the typeface and the animation code used by the site
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
E-mails and unsubscribing
We only send Birthday Club e-mails to people who joined the club. Every e-mail tells you how to stop receiving them. To unsubscribe at any time, reply “unsubscribe” or write to [email protected].
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. The Birthday Club is for adults 18 or older; a parent or guardian may sign up to celebrate a child’s birthday.
All of our forms (event requests, franchise inquiries and the Birthday Club) are meant to be filled in by adults. Children under 13 should not send us any personal information. When a parent or guardian signs up for a child’s birthday, the information comes from the parent, and we only use it to send the birthday e-mail to that parent.
If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
Our form delivery service, FormSubmit, keeps a copy of each submission for 30 days. We keep event and franchise inquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and follow up. We keep Birthday Club information until you leave the club or ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to review, correct or delete the information you gave us. E-mail [email protected] and tell us what you would like changed. We may ask you to confirm your request from the same e-mail address.
Nevada residents
We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. You can still send us a request not to sell your information at [email protected].
California residents and “Do Not Track”
This website does not track you over time or across other websites, and we do not allow third parties to do so through our site. Because there is no such tracking, “Do Not Track” browser signals do not change how the site works.
Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and our forms are protected against spam. No method of sending or storing information online is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as payment details through our forms.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use Birthday Club information, we will also tell club members by e-mail.
