The program
The Paradice Birthday Club is a free program run by Floop LLC, dba Paradice Caribbean Shaved Ice, Henderson, NV 89074 (“Paradice”). Members receive a birthday treat at the Paradice trailer.
Who can join
- You must be 18 or older to join. A parent or guardian may sign up to celebrate a child’s birthday.
- One membership per e-mail address.
- To join, you give your first and last name, your e-mail address, the birthday you want to celebrate (month and day only) and your ZIP code, and you agree to receive Paradice e-mails.
- The birthday cannot be changed after sign-up.
Your birthday treat
- Once a year, the birthday boy or girl gets one free small shaved ice.
- We e-mail you a few days before the birthday. Show that e-mail at the Paradice trailer to get your treat.
- The treat is valid on the birthday, or during the period stated in your birthday e-mail.
- One treat per membership per year. The treat has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred or resold.
- The treat is redeemed only at the Paradice trailer, where and when the trailer is operating. Flavors are subject to availability.
E-mails and leaving the club
As a member you receive Birthday Club e-mails from Paradice. You can leave the club at any time: reply “unsubscribe” to any of our e-mails or write to [email protected]. Leaving the club ends future birthday treats.
Fair use
We may refuse a treat or close a membership in case of fraud, duplicate or false sign-ups, or misuse of the program.
Changes or end of the program
Paradice may change these rules or end the Birthday Club at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Treats already announced in a birthday e-mail will be honored for the period stated in that e-mail.
